HOW TO USE THE INPUT DEMAND FEATURE

Whenever an item on your My List / My Items page is out of stock or discontinued, you can let us know the quantity you require using the Input Demand feature. Just follow these few simple steps and you’re good to go:


  1. On your My Account page, go to My List or My Items

  2. On the top left corner, choose your list

  3. Out of stock or discontinued items will have the Input Demand button in the Status column (next to the Price column)

  4. Click the Input Demand and input the quantity you require

  5. Click Submit. This information will go to our inventory management team to optimize the restock

MY RESTOCK REQUESTS PAGE

Items for which you have entered a quantity in the Input Demand field will be added to your My Restock Requests page. You can access it from your My Account page.


Here you will see your current Restock Request Quantity per item. Once an item goes back in stock, you will be notified via email and your current Restock Request Quantity will be reset to 0.
